First you need to host your picture knuflook. Either Photobucket or Imageshack are good, though a bit slow at times...

Then once you have them hosted you select the option that allows you to post either a thumbnail or full picture in a forum, and then copy the url and paste into your post. The full address should look like this for the picture..
